Baked Tuna Cheddar Patties

Baked Tuna Cheddar Patties

The other night I was wanting to make Baked Salmon Patties but I didn't have enough salmon so I came up with this alternative recipe using the cans of tuna that were in the cabinet...

Ingredients:
1 can of tuna (drained)
1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2.5 Tbsp bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Yields: 3 Tuna Cheddar Patties

Preheat oven to 375.
Mix all of the ingredients together.

Spray 3 cups of a muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill the cups about 1/2 an inch deep with mixture.

Bake about 15 minutes or until the tuna patties are golden.

I hope you enjoy these as much as we did. :-)
Also, if you haven't already seen my Baked Salmon Patties recipe, make sure you check it out too!
And if you've got some chicken in the fridge or freezer you may be interested in my Savory Quick Chicken. YUM!
Thanks,
